Description
- USB-C Charging Port for Nintendo Switch Lite (Soldering Required)
- Typically if the console won’t charge, it can be a fault in the USB-C charging port. Damage can be assessed by taking diode mode readings off of the external and internal pins and comparing to known-good readings.
- To assess damage, or to ensure repair success, see if the console charges properly on both sides of the USB C port.
- The console will either pull 0v, 0a, or a very low current if the charging port is damaged, although this could indicate a variety of issues beyond this.
-
An adequate soldering iron and hot air station is required for this repair
